Our expectations of you

Qualifications

• In-depth understanding of security operations, incident response, vulnerability management, and DLP processes in complex, regulated IT environments.
• Experience in a highly regulated banking environment or comparable regulated industries.
• Very good understanding of incident response, threat detection, and vulnerability management processes in complex IT landscapes.
• Good knowledge of ITSM-/ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change) and the use of the CMDB as a basis for security and operations processes.
• Strong skills in developing and utilizing reporting and dashboard solutions in ServiceNow for managing Security Operations.
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken, for collaboration with technical teams and stakeholders across the organization.

Experience

• Several years of experience as a Senior Product Owner in an agile environment (e.g., Scrum, Kanban), ideally with relevant certifications (e.g., PSPO, CSPO, SAFe PO/PM).
• Experience with security platforms and integrations (e.g., SIEM, EDR/NDR, Threat Intelligence, Vulnerability Scanner, Case Management) as well as their mapping in ServiceNow workflows, playbooks, and reports.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as experience in technical leadership and coaching of teams.
