Qualifications

• Tech Enthusiast: New testing tools and methodologies irresistibly attract you. You are always up-to-date and eager to apply them in practice, strengthened by certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE.
• Test Automation Expert: Tools and frameworks like Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress are your daily bread. Developing and maintaining automated test scripts is second nature to you, as is integrating them into CI/CD pipelines with GitLab CI or CircleCI.
• Quality Guru: You have an eye for detail and a passion for quality. Your specialty is applying various testing methods such as functional, regression, and performance testing, supported by knowledge of load and stress testing tools.
• Communication skills: You communicate test results clearly and effectively, working closely with developers to find solutions. You are able to present complex technical information in an understandable manner.
• Security-conscious: For you, the security of the software always comes first. You are familiar with best practices and ensure that security vulnerabilities are identified and addressed, supported by knowledge of security testing tools such as OWASP ZAP or Burp Suite.
• Strong communication skills: You know that good ideas need to be shared. You feel comfortable in a team and can convey your knowledge clearly and understandably.
• Eager to learn: The IT world is changing rapidly - and you are always ready to learn new things and develop yourself further.
• Adventurous traveler: You are open to assignments with our clients and see this as an opportunity to broaden your horizons.
• Language talent: You have at least a C1 level in German. English skills are a definite plus.

Experience

• Debugging expert: Using tools and techniques for troubleshooting, you identify and document bugs efficiently and ensure their resolution, complemented by experience with A/B testing tools and usability testing practices.
