Full Stack Engineer

You are building the digital infrastructure that decarbonizes Europe's building stock.

Real estate accounts for around 30% of global greenhouse gas emissions. The funding to change this is available: billions provided by governments for insulation, windows, and heat pumps. The problem: the process is opaque, lengthy, and bureaucratic.

With the 20° Funding Service, we solve that. We provide tradespeople with a new tool to offer funding processing as a service. Building owners receive their funds easily and cost-effectively, while companies gain an additional benefit for their customers.

Our app has been live for a year and is already used by numerous craft businesses and building owners.

You are our first engineering hire and will work directly with our technical founder and CTO Leon, who has built the product so far. Together, we have the opportunity to build and expand the team in the coming months.

Your responsibilities

• Full-Stack:You develop and ship features across our React frontend and NestJS backend based on Supabase (Postgres).
• Infrastructure:You work in our containerized environment (Docker).
• AI-native workflow:You use AI coding tools (especially Claude Code) daily to focus on architecture.
• Think alongYou actively contribute ideas on product, architecture, and processes. We value your thinking, not just your code.
