Your role in the team
- Join our Data Science team and make the magic happen. We drive business processes like capacity planning and many more with the use of sophisticated algorithms.
- For this purpose, we design, develop, and maintain state-of-the-art machine learning models and manifold optimization solvers as well as simulation models.
- You engage with technical and business stakeholders to translate business problems into technical solutions.

- You combine analytical depth with business acumen, contributing to product strategy, shaping roadmaps, and ensuring that data science solutions directly influence decision-making and long-term business outcomes.
- You show the ability to translate complex business problems into actionable analytical tasks and clearly communicate findings to various audiences.
- You have expertise in Python for data analysis, modelling, and production deployment.
- You interact efficiently with stakeholders across business, product, software engineering, and data science teams (fluent English required).
Experience
- You have experience in resource planning, scheduling, and capacity optimization (e.g., constraint programming, linear/integer programming, heuristic optimization methods).
- You have experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and cloud technologies (preferably AWS).
