In this role, you serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries in IT support, analyzing technical issues and documenting solutions while collaborating closely with our IT teams and optimizing processes.

In this role, you will manage systems such as Windows Server and Microsoft 365, administer networks and VPNs, handle support requests, and document solutions for technical challenges.

In this role, you will manage servers, Windows operating systems, and Microsoft Office365, implement backup solutions, and serve as a contact for 1st-level support for client projects and internal systems.

The role focuses on configuring, installing and maintaining Microsoft 365, CRM (combit/myfactory), ERP (microtech/myfactory), DMS (ecoDMS/Accantum) and Starface; you resolve tickets via TANSS and maintain MySQL/MSSQL databases.

In this role, you will be the primary contact for technical issues, coordinate IT support, manage Microsoft Intune for device management, and develop security concepts in the cloud environment.

In this role, you process customer requests, administer Microsoft 365 environments, monitor IT systems, install hardware, and develop security concepts to optimize the IT infrastructure.

In this role, you plan and coordinate the deployments of our technicians to efficiently address customer inquiries. You manage orders in our system and continuously improve the dispatching process.
