Qualifications

- Assistance with software deployment and software-related issues (standard and non-standard).
- Support for Microsoft Windows and Apple operating systems, as well as the Microsoft Office 365 suite.
- How-to assistance for end-user IT devices and software.
- Standard and non-standard hardware devices (peripherals such as monitors, label printers, etc.).
- Basic hardware support for desktops and laptops: RAM upgrades, keyboard replacements, SSD/HDD replacements.
- Providing support for meeting room equipment (audio and video), as well as network cabling and port patching, Wi-Fi networks, and the replacement of routers, hubs, and switches.
- Document management, such as asset management, knowledge management maintenance, site operations manuals, etc.

Experience
