In this role, you will develop an integrated testing system, create a central database, build a modular Python test framework, implement new testing methods, and integrate everything into the CI/CD pipeline.

Your role in the team
- In unserer Sensorentwicklung arbeiten CI/CD-Builds, IO-Link-Integrationstests, Stresstests und Kameraprüfungen bisher getrennt. Du führst sie zu einem ganzheitlichen, erweiterbaren Testsystem zusammen - von der Datenbasis bis zur KI-gestützten Auswertung.
- Aufbau einer zentralen Datenbank, in der alle Testergebnisse rückverfolgbar bis auf Commit und Build abgelegt werden.
- Entwicklung eines modularen Python-Testframeworks für IO-Link-Master, Kamera, Netzteil und weitere Messmittel.
- Umsetzung neuer Testarten: Brownout-Tests, elektrische und optische Schalttests sowie kamerabasierte Display- und LED-Prüfung.
- Anbindung weiterer Prüfstände über eine einheitliche Modulschnittstelle.
- Integration in die CI/CD-Pipeline und Aufbau einer webbasierten Auswertungsplattform.
- Anomalie- und Regressionserkennung in Bild- und Messdaten mit Data Science und KI.
Our expectations of you
Qualifications
- Du bist eingeschriebener Student (m/w/d) der Informatik, Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Data Science oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs.
- Du bringst Grundkenntnisse in Softwarearchitektur und Schnittstellendesign (APIs) mit.
- Idealerweise kennst Du Dich mit Machine Learning, Computer Vision oder Dashboards (z. B. Grafana) aus.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig und strukturiert und hast Freude daran, Hardware und Software zusammenzubringen.
Experience
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse in Python und erste Erfahrung mit SQL, Git und CI/CD.
- Erfahrung mit Messtechnik oder IO-Link ist ein Plus.
