Our expectations of you

Education

• You have successfully completed a degree or training program related to IT or possess an equivalent qualification.

Qualifications

• You possess very good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment as well as solid understanding of Microsoft licensing models.
• You are familiar with IT service management processes, ideally according to ITIL.
• Knowledge of Azure, Microsoft Fabric, as well as AI-/Copilot solutions, is desirable.
• You are willing to travel.
• You have fluent German skills (CEFR level C1 or higher) and good English skills (at least B1) in speaking and writing.

Experience

• You have several years of experience as a Product Owner, Service Owner, or in managing complex IT projects.
• You have experience in managing external service providers and Managed Service Providers, and you convince through confident stakeholder management up to the management level.
• You prepare complex issues in a manner tailored to the audience and have experience in creating business cases, decision templates, and management presentations.
• Ideally, you have knowledge in the areas of information security, compliance, and data protection, as well as experience with agile working methods such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
• You already have experience in an enterprise environment with several thousand users; certifications in Microsoft 365 or project management are a plus.
• Experience in retail or branch environments as well as knowledge of additional Digital Workplace technologies complete your profile.
