Your role in the team
- Du baust KI-Agenten, Claude Skills und automatisierte Workflows für Marketing und Vertrieb: Recherche, Content, Kampagnen, Reporting.
- Du bindest Tools und Datenquellen über APIs, Webhooks und MCP an, zum Beispiel CRM, Analytics, Ads-Plattformen und unsere eigene Plattform.
- Du findest Wachstumshebel in den Daten, formulierst Hypothesen und setzt Experimente und A/B-Tests auf.
- Du automatisierst CRM- und Lifecycle-Prozesse.
- Du testest laufend neue Modelle und Tools und entscheidest, was wir einsetzen.
- Du verantwortest deine Projekte von der Idee bis zur messbaren Wirkung.
- Du hilfst Kolleg:innen, KI selbst produktiv einzusetzen.
Our expectations of you
Qualifications
- Du hast mit KI schon Dinge gebaut, die wirklich laufen: zum Beispiel Agenten, Claude Skills oder Projects, Custom GPTs, MCP-Server oder automatisierte Workflows.
- Du verstehst, wie APIs funktionieren, und hast schon Schnittstellen angebunden. Python, JavaScript oder SQL schrecken dich nicht ab, egal ob du selbst schreibst oder mit KI.
- Du denkst analytisch und arbeitest hypothesengetrieben. Für dich zählt, was messbar wirkt.
- Du bist neugierig und probierst neue Modelle aus, bevor jemand danach fragt.
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2).
Experience
- Du hast einige Jahre Erfahrung in einer digitalen Rolle, ob Marketing, Data, Produkt, Entwicklung oder Ops. Du arbeitest selbstständig, ohne dass dir jemand die nächsten Schritte vorgibt.
- Erfahrung in Performance- oder Growth-Marketing, CRM oder Marketing Ops sowie in schnell wachsenden Unternehmen ist von Vorteil.
