The Hessian Competence Center (HCC) employs over 500 staff and operates as a certified SAP Customer Center of Expertise (CCOE). It develops and manages SAP systems used throughout the state administration, digitizes administrative processes, and provides shared services in accounting. Additionally, it acts as a central purchasing organization for services and supplies.
