Review Summary

According to reviews, BASF SE is praised for outstanding work flexibility and excellent office equipment, highly valued by employees. However, there's room for improvement in team spirit and technical training, which fall below industry standards. Communication and meeting efficiency also face criticism. Additionally, work-life balance shows a need for improvement. Yet, the company stands out positively with its modern tech stack.
