Your role in the team
- As part of the transnational A320 Family Quality Customer Line, you operate directly where our end product meets the global customer interface across Hamburg, Toulouse, Mobile, and Tianjin.

- Run live demonstrations of working Skywise tools in management reviews and capture user feedback to continuously improve usability.
- Coordinate pre-release trial runs and deliver hands-on user training to onboard teams across our global sites.
Our expectations of you
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled full-time in a Master's program (m/f/d) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Data Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
- Fluent English skills (C1) are mandatory; German and/or French language skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace tools for reporting and digital workflow integration.
- A proactive and structured self-starter with a service-oriented mindset, dedicated to supporting end users and addressing real stakeholder needs.
- Excellent communication skills, critical thinking, and a keen eye for high data quality.
Experience
- Practical experience in programming with SQL, Python, and Apps Script, combined with an interest in data modeling concepts and AI-assisted tools (e.g., prompt engineering).
- Familiarity with Skywise / Palantir Foundry or experience in relevant data & UI modules (e.g. Contour, Workshop, Slate or SQL data modeling) is a strong plus.
