Job Summary
In this role, you will lead a seven-member ERP team, optimize the Microsoft Dynamics ERP landscape, and support international rollouts at European locations while standardizing global processes.

Your role in the team
- Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung sowie strategische Weiterentwicklung des 7-köpfigen ERP- und Datenteams.
- Weiterentwicklung, Release-Planung und Optimierung der bereits etablierten Microsoft Dynamics ERP-Landschaft zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs.
- Design und Standardisierung der globalen Prozessarchitektur mit Schwerpunkt auf Supply Chain, Fertigung, Logistik und Finance.
- Bedarfsorientierte Begleitung internationaler Rollouts und Workshops zunächst an europäischen Werksstandorten (z. B. Ungarn, Österreich) im direkten Austausch mit den Fachbereichen. Später auch internationale Standorte denkbar.
- Erstellung von Systemdokumentationen, Definition unternehmensweiter Richtlinien sowie Definition und Überwachung relevanter Prozesskennzahlen.
Our expectations of you
Education
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Qualifications
- Projektbezogene, bedarfsorientierte Reisebereitschaft für gezielte Standortbesuche.
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1).
Experience
- Mindestens 5-6 Jahre fundierte Berufserfahrung im ERP Umfeld (idealerweise Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O) sowie ein tiefes Verständnis betriebswirtschaftlicher Abläufe in Produktion und Logistik.
- Erfahrung in der Projekt- oder Teamleitung mit ausgeprägter Kommunikationsstärke, pragmatischer Lösungsorientierung und Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit.
