Our expectations of you

Education

• You have a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification, and you want to take responsibility in projects with real impact and further develop your skills in project management.
• You have gained initial practical experience in traditional, agile, or hybrid project management, for example through internships, working student positions, thesis projects, or your first professional experience.

Qualifications

• Initial contact with the procedures of GPM/IPMA is an advantage.
• In technical project environments, you feel comfortable and enjoy understanding, structuring, and clearly communicating requirements, dependencies, and priorities between business, clients, and development teams.
• You have a solid basic understanding of software development, digital products, data or cloud systems, and can quickly familiarize yourself with complex issues, organize them in a structured manner, and think ahead in a solution-oriented way.
• In addition to organizational strength, communication skills, and willingness to learn, you are characterized by a team-oriented, self-responsible, and agile mindset: customer- and solution-oriented is the simplest way to achieve your goal.
• Willingness to undergo security clearance according to SÜG. Fluent in German and proficient in English, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
