Our expectations of you

Education

• Successful completion of studies in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Economics, or a comparable professional qualification.

Qualifications

• You have a clear understanding of processes in information security management.
• You have good knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL).
• You are familiar with the project methodology Prince2.
• You possess a comprehensive understanding of security techniques and have previously designed security concepts and contingency plans.
• You have good knowledge of ITIL, ISO 20000, and ISO 27001 (native and basic protection as well as the extension of ISO 27018).
• Good knowledge of legal regulations and requirements, especially GDPR, is also present.
• You possess good communication and presentation skills.
• You have a high service and consulting orientation.
• You are proficient in German both spoken and written (C1 level) and also have a good command of English (B2 level).
• Knowledge in quality management and supplier management.
• You impress with your analytical and conceptual skills, solution-oriented approaches, flexibility, team and assertiveness, as well as a high degree of personal responsibility.
• Strong communication and moderation skills, as well as motivation and conflict resolution competence.
• The team and its success are always your top priority - team orientation is a matter of course for you.
• Your primary residence is in Berlin or East Germany, and you are willing to spend two to three days per week in one of our offices (Berlin, Rostock, Leipzig) — a valid Class B driver's license is required.

Experience

• Strong customer orientation as well as experience in cost and budget management and personnel leadership.
• You already have leadership experience - ideally in the field of information security.
