Enterprise Architect Director

As an Enterprise Architect Director within the Cloud Infrastructure Services (CIS) organization, you lead strategic architecture initiatives across complex Multi-Tower engagements.

This role is crucial for translating business requirements into scalable, innovative technology solutions while driving transformation and change within client environments.

You act as a trusted advisor for senior stakeholders, shape enterprise-wide architecture strategies, promote innovation, and ensure that business objectives and technological capabilities are optimally aligned.

• Develop and advocate architecture strategy - define enterprise architecture vision, roadmap, and strategic guidelines, and communicate them at the executive level.
• Analyze and translate business requirements - Capture, evaluate, and translate strategic requirements into actionable architecture and solution designs.
• Drive change management - steer technology-driven change initiatives and support the implementation of new architectures through targeted change measures.
• Lead technology strategy & innovation - Evaluate new technologies, promote innovative solutions, and design cloud-native as well as hybrid architectures.
• Lead large-scale cloud transformations - plan, manage, and align cloud migration and modernization programs with security and compliance objectives.
• Design hybrid architectures - integrate on-premises systems with cloud platforms and define scalable, interoperable operating models.
• Ensure Governance & Compliance - Establish architecture governance, lead reviews, and monitor risks as well as quality standards.
• Leading cross-functional architecture teams - coaching senior architects, leading teams, and representing the architecture in strategic committees.
