In this role, you will develop both frontend and backend components for an identification app, enhance user experiences, implement secure backend services, and collaborate closely with various teams.

Your role in the team
- At Nect, frontend and backend work hand in hand to guide users through complex identification processes in a simple and secure way.
- As a Full-Stack Engineer, you combine both worlds in one role and take ownership of features end-to-end, from user experience and technical design to implementation and operations.
- As part of our Engineering team you collaborate with Product Managers, QA Managers, our Computer Vision and Machine Learning experts directly and daily.
- Together with all these disciplines you will build the best Ident app in the market!
- You are responsible for:
- Product development: Work with the product team to build new features and improve existing ones to make life better for users and customers.
- Own technical solutions: Convert product requirements into scalable technical designs and align them with engineering, product, UX, and QA stakeholders.
- Build great frontend experiences: Develop modern React/TypeScript applications, create reusable components, and ensure our products are intuitive and enjoyable.
- Develop reliable backend services: Design and implement Go and React/TypeScript services that power our products and business processes.
- Ensure quality from the start: Collaborate with QA and UX throughout development to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Keep our systems secure: Own application security, dependency management, deployment pipelines, and operational excellence.
- Operations: You build it, you run it. Monitor, maintain, and continuously improve the services you own in production.

Qualifications
- Clear communication skills.
- Excellent collaboration skills.
- Fluent English required.
Experience
- Excellent experience in full-stack software engineering, with hands-on exposure to both frontend and backend development.
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks and technologies (e.g. TypeScript, React, Next.js, JavaScript).
- Experience building APIs and backend services, ideally using Go.
- Experience developing customer-facing products used directly by end users.
- You have a strong sense of software quality, maintainability, and user experience.
