- Key role in the further development/optimization of our SAP architecture and supports our ongoing international SAP S/4 rollout.
- 2nd-Level Support and execution of all SAP Basis activities (including hardware setup and management, applying SAP Notes, SAP patches, and performing updates within the SAP environment, setup and configuration of the SAP GUI client, IDOCs, etc.)
- Monitoring and troubleshooting of interfaces to connected third-party systems (subsystems, EDI systems, customers, and suppliers) to ensure an uninterrupted business process.
- Planning and implementation of SAP migration projects
- Vulnerability analysis, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization of SAP systems and their databases.
- Coordination of external service providers
- Participation in projects in the SAP Basis environment
- Second- and Third-Level Support
- Processing of incidents, service requests, and changes
- Ensuring smooth operation, management, and documentation of the SAP basis and related processes (including system upgrades)
- Proactive and active troubleshooting of SAP-ABAP, JAVA systems, Windows servers, and applications
- Support of SAP authorization management
- Performing system maintenance (patches, updates, and EHP)
- Conducting analyses in the area of performance and implementing appropriate measures.

Education
- Practical experience and preferably training in application development or a university degree in Business, Business Informatics, Information Technology, or alternatively a similar qualification.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of common operating systems and databases.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP NetWeaver and SAP HANA.
- Knowledge in interface setup and monitoring (RFC, IDOC, possibly Webservices).
- Proficient in SAP S/4 HANA, within the Solution Manager environment, and an embedded Fiori system environment.
- Additional knowledge in the areas of SAP Solution Manager, Portal, PI, HANA, or Sybase is also welcome.
- Certifications such as SAPTEC, ADM100, TADM55, or C_TADM_23 are welcome.
- Basic knowledge of authorization administration, user management, as well as ABAP Dictionary and Development Workbench is desirable.
- You are team-oriented and possess excellent communication skills, enjoy structured work, teamwork, customer orientation, as well as strong communication skills and initiative.
