In this role, you design medical software architectures, develop technical concepts, optimize systems, and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to realize safety-critical medical products.

Your role in the team
- Du gestaltest und optimierst Software-Systemarchitekturen für medizintechnische Geräte, digitale Gesundheitslösungen oder vernetzte Systeme - von der Konzeption bis zur Markteinführung.
- Du entwickelst technische Software-Konzepte für komplexe Medizinprodukte und unterstützt deren Umsetzung über den gesamten Entwicklungsprozess hinweg.
- Du arbeitest im Systems Engineering mit und analysierst Anforderungen, erstellst Software-Designs, definierst Schnittstellen und integrierst Komponenten.
- Du unterstützt die Einhaltung relevanter Normen und Qualitätsstandards (z. B. IEC 62304, ISO 13485) und erstellst die erforderliche technische Dokumentation.
- Du begleitest die Softwareentwicklung und Testphasen, analysierst Ergebnisse und leitest daraus Optimierungspotenziale für Architektur und Systeme ab.
- Du arbeitest eng mit interdisziplinären Entwicklungsteams, Requirements Engineers und weiteren Stakeholdern zusammen.
Our expectations of you
Education
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium der Medizintechnik, Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
- Du verfügst über praktische Erfahrung in der Medizintechnik, beispielsweise durch Berufserfahrung, Praktika oder Abschlussarbeiten, und bringst Kenntnisse in der Softwareentwicklung mit (idealerweise C++ und/oder Python).
Qualifications
- Du kennst agile Entwicklungsmethoden wie Scrum und arbeitest strukturiert sowie lösungsorientiert.
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse in gängigen Entwicklungs-, Modellierungs- und Requirements-Management-Tools (z. B. Polarion, Enterprise Architect, Rhapsody, DOORS) sowie über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Experience
- Du hast Erfahrung im Systems Engineering, Requirements Engineering oder in der modellbasierten Entwicklung (z. B. UML, SysML).
- Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung mit sicherheitskritischen Systemen sowie regulatorischen Anforderungen und Normen im Entwicklungsumfeld.
