In this role, you will support international projects, install and configure clients, troubleshoot issues, and manage user accounts and networks using Active Directory and Mobile Device Management.

Your role in the team
- Sie betreuen spannende Projekte in großen, teils internationalen Kundenumgebungen.
- Des Weiteren sind Sie verantwortlich für den Client Service (Installation von Notebooks und PCs via Empirum, Fehlerdiagnose und Fehlerbehebung, Einrichten von VPN für Notebooks, Konfiguration von DECT-Telefonen, Data-Recovery, Patchen von Netzwerk, Aufbau von Switchen, Netzwerk Troubleshooting etc.).
- Sie verantworten Neubestellung, Umschreibung, Verschrottung und Reparatur von defekter Software.
- Sie ziehen User inkl. Client Hardware und Telefon um und Patchen Netzwerke oder Telefone.
- Als kompetenter Partner konfigurieren Sie User Einstellungen, Laufwerkverknüpfungen und Zugriffsberechtigungen im Active Directory.
- Im Mobile Device Management betreuen Sie Installation, Konfiguration und die Benutzerkonten.

Education
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum IT-Servicetechniker (m/w) oder gleichwertig.
Qualifications
- Sichere Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office Produkten.
- Basiskenntnisse in den Bereichen: Active Directory, Netzwerk, Remote / VPN Access, Printserver, SAP und ITIL.
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Telefonanlagen und Telekommunikationsendgeräte (Samsung, Apple etc.) sind wünschenswert.
- Starke Kunden- und Serviceorientierung.
- Sorgfältige und systematische Arbeitsweise.
- Problemlösungskompetenz und analytischen Verständnis.
- Hohes Maß an Kundenorientierung und Servicebereitschaft.
- Sie verfügen über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
