Control and coordination of application administration:

• support and administration of information systems
• Incident and problem management as well as change management with corresponding escalation management or third-party company management
• Documentation of the IT environment and reporting of the development of the IT environment
• Tracking information security measures in the context of "critical infrastructure" according to BSI law
