Review Summary
According to reviews, Wibu-systems AG excels in team diversity and offers a good work-life balance. Employees appreciate the team spirit and work flexibility. However, communication and opportunities for technical training appear to need improvement. The use of a modern tech stack and commitment to open source are highly criticized. The work environment is considered safe, but career opportunities seem to have room for growth according to the reviews.
