Review Summary
According to reviews, Volkswagen AG is praised for its work flexibility and outstanding team spirit. The IT equipment is also notably appreciated. However, employees see room for improvement in support for junior developers, meeting efficiency, and documentation, which are below industry standards. Technical training and communication culture appear average. Overall, the company seems to offer a solid but improvable working environment.
