Employer Reviews

Review Summary
According to reviews, Vater Group displays strong team spirit, with work-life balance and workplace appreciation receiving positive feedback. Employees value job freedom and team diversity. However, there's room for improvement in the code base stability, which is below industry standards. The modern tech stack and work flexibility also fall short, while meeting efficiency is seen as average. Overall, employees appreciate the positive aspects but see areas for growth.
