Employer reviews of TOWA GmbH

Reviews from TOWA GmbH reveal a modern tech stack and stable code base that stand out positively. Employees particularly praise flexibility and a safe environment for learning from mistakes. Technical training and salary perks are also well-received. However, there is room for improvement in open source contributions and meeting efficiency. While the work-life balance is positive, it seems there's room for improvement compared to industry standards. Communication and appreciation at work could also be enhanced.
