Employer reviews of Thüringer Aufbaubank

Reviews indicate that Thüringer Aufbaubank is praised for its modern tech stack and team diversity. Work-life balance and flexibility are also appreciated. However, employees see room for improvement in career opportunities and technical training, which are below industry standards. A safe environment to fail is lacking, and documentation needs work. There's also criticism regarding limited recognition and workplace freedom. These areas show that improvement is needed to match industry expectations.
