Our mission is to provide energy-saving comfort by creating products that only use power when needed. We started with the first stairway light timer, which our founder Paul Schwenk created in 1921. And today, this same philosophy applies to our range of presence and motion detectors as well as the KNX worldwide standard– of which Theben was a major contributor during its development. For every product we create, we consider how it can save energy without sacrificing comfort or convenience. This approach has been saving people time and money for nearly a century, and we’re committed to continuing that trend into the future.
