Tesla

Review Summary

According to reviews, Tesla excels in technical training and career opportunities, with employees appreciating the modern tech stack and salaries. However, there's room for improvement in work-life balance, meeting efficiency, and project management, as these fall below industry standards. Work flexibility is notably criticized. While the communication culture needs enhancement, the team spirit is highlighted positively. A safe environment to fail also shows significant improvement potential.
