Review Summary
According to the reviews, TIB's open-source contributions are highly praised, standing out positively above industry standards. Documentation and the modern tech stack are also appreciated. Employees commend work flexibility. However, there's room for improvement in career opportunities and support for junior developers. Office equipment and team spirit also fall short. Overall, TIB excels in some areas, while there are opportunities for growth in others.
