Employer reviews
According to the reviews, Stadtwerke München provides a good work-life balance and decent IT equipment, but there's room for improvement in communication culture and code stability. Employees appreciate the office setup and technical training, though they see a need to advance in continuous delivery and product participation. Working flexibility is praised, while career opportunities are seen as average. Team spirit and a safe environment for failures are strong points, although agility is deemed improvable.
