Employer reviews of Pharmatechnik
1 published review
Pharmatechnik is praised by employees for its good documentation and stable code base. They particularly appreciate the supportive environment for junior developers. There is room for improvement in using modern technologies and team diversity, which is viewed as below average. While work-life balance and IT equipment are good, there are gaps in salary, job freedom, and project management. Additionally, a safe environment to fail seems to need enhancement.
