Netzkontor Nord, established in 2008, is the holding company of a cluster of enterprises that provide services to the telecommunications industry. The group follows a Buy-and-Build strategy. Netzkontor nord operates two separate business sections: Underneath its brand “netzkontor” it offers an array of services related to planning and monitoring fibre optic networks setup. Its subsidiary OpenXS takes care of network management duties based on long term contracts with fibre optics providers.
