Review Summary
According to reviews, MTU Aero Engines Holding AG is praised for its stable codebase and exceptional technical training and documentation, which stand out positively. However, employees see room for improvement in the modernity of the tech stack, agility, and creating a safe environment to fail. There is also criticism regarding openness to open-source contributions. Overall, team diversity and career opportunities seem to be on par with industry standards.
