Review Summary
According to reviews, employees at fme AG appreciate the recognition they receive and the stable work environment, with a positive note on the safe space for making mistakes. However, there is room for improvement in career opportunities, work-life balance, and team diversity, which tend to fall below industry standards. Office equipment is particularly praised, while product participation and documentation fall short of expectations. Overall, the company shows both strengths and areas needing attention.
