Our couriers work every day to make sure our customers get their packages. Last year in Germany, we transported around 375 million packages - and we did it completely climate-neutral, without costing our customers more money. With lots of initiatives for sustainable package delivery, DPD is showing how package shipping can be done in an environmentally friendly way that doesn't harm local communities. We're happy to have the support of our committed employees.

According to reviews, DPD shows room for improvement in several areas. Employees criticize product participation and communication culture, which are rated below average. The safe environment to fail and appreciation at work also seem to need improvement. On a positive note, IT equipment and office infrastructure are highlighted.
