Employer reviews of Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH
1 published review
The reviews of GIZ highlight the excellent work-life balance and team spirit as particularly positive aspects. Employees also appreciate project management and workplace enjoyment. Improvement potential is noted in communication culture and technical training, both below the industry average. Stability of code base and agility may also need enhancement. Overall, a safe work environment with good opportunities for relaxation is provided. However, career opportunities seem to need development.
