Employer Reviews

Review Summary
According to the reviews, CEWE is praised for its above-average communication culture, appreciation at work, and team diversity. However, employees see room for improvement in work-life balance, product participation, and career opportunities, which are considered below average. Particularly, salaries and perks are seen as needing improvement, as they fall behind industry standards. This indicates potential areas for change to make the work environment more attractive.
