Employer reviews of AVL
1 published review
According to reviews, AVL provides a safe environment for making mistakes and is praised for its salary level, which exceeds the industry average. It is particularly appealing to junior developers. However, there is room for improvement in code stability and project management, which fall short of expectations. Communication is also seen as needing enhancement. The work-life balance and technical equipment are well-regarded, yet the company shows some need for improvement in technical innovation.
