PBX Job in Germany

In this position, you will develop hybrid conversational AI solutions, design prompts, ensure the quality of AI dialogues, integrate REST APIs, and implement logic and data validation primarily using Python.

In this role you ensure reliable operation of telephony, fax and email: you administer SBCs, PBX and fax servers as well as Exchange, perform 2nd-level diagnostics, coordinate hosting providers and maintain monitoring and documentation.

In this role you administer Windows and Linux servers, manage virtualization, secure networks/firewalls and site links, run patch and software deployments, manage telephony and mobile devices, support print/CAD and provide helpdesk by phone/remote.

In this role, you will support the IT infrastructure in Germany at a 2nd level, handle workplace requests, document solutions in the ITSM system, and work on IT projects while communicating closely with global teams.

In this role, you will work on IP telephony and web conferencing systems, implement new features, optimize processes, and resolve technical incidents within the Digital Workplace team.
