Job Summary
In this role, you will develop our document management system and ERP platforms, create APIs, enhance code quality through tests and documentation, while also engaging with users and integrating AI tools into everyday tasks.
Job Technologies
Your role in the team
- Build and evolve our products: develop our document management system (DMS) and further develop the Gilde and Moser ERP platforms.
- Connect systems: design and implement APIs and connectors between our ERP, DMS and third-party tools (e.g. Microsoft 365 / Graph API, SharePoint).
- Own quality, not just features: write tests, review code, document what you build, and help us raise the bar on software quality.
- Talk to the people who use it: join customer conversations when it matters, turn real-world problems into practical solutions, and close the loop with Product, Consulting, Sales and Service.
- Work across borders: collaborate with development teams across the Craftview Group on shared components and solutions.
- Shape how we use AI: help us bring AI-assisted development (and AI features in our products) into everyday work. Your ideas count here.
Our expectations of you
Education
- 3+ years of hands-on software development experience (degree, MBO/HBO or self-taught: we care about what you can build).
Qualifications
- Willingness to work with C#, VB.NET/VBA and SQL as well. We have a mixed stack, and curiosity beats a perfect match.
- You communicate clearly, enjoy teamwork and like understanding the why behind a customer request.
- A quality mindset: testing and clean, documented code are part of the job for you, not an afterthought.
- Dutch (C1), and good English.
Experience
- Solid practical experience with Java and Angular.
- Interest in AI-assisted development (Copilot, Claude, Cursor or similar). Experience is a plus, curiosity is enough.
