- Secretless & Security Basics: Understanding IAM, RBAC, Managed Identities/Service Principals, OIDC/Workload Identity, Network Security, Encryption, and Compliance Fundamentals.
- Observability: You are familiar with at least one monitoring solution (e.g., Azure Monitor/CloudWatch) as well as logging/diagnostics for infrastructure.
- Scripting & OS: At least one scripting language (Python, PowerShell, or Bash) and Linux basics (login, navigation, files, CLI tools).
- Cloud-native Patterns: You know how to effectively utilize Kubernetes/container orchestration and serverless in infrastructure design.
- Working style & communication: team spirit, positive "Can-do" attitude, clear documentation, problem-solving with attention to detail; German & English (at least C1).
