In this role, you will assist the global business transformation project for SAP S/4 HANA implementation, handle project administration, team communication, and create marketing materials and presentations.

Your role in the team
- Mitarbeit bei unserem weltweiten Business Transformationsprojekt, verbunden mit der SAP S/4 HANA Einführung.
- Verwaltung der Projektablage und des Zugriffsmanagements.
- Unterstützung der weltweiten Teamkommunikation und Unterstützung bei organisatorischen Fragen der Teammitglieder.
- Unterstützung bei allgemeinen Projektadministrationen.
- Erstellung und Optimierung von Projektmarketingunterlagen wie Newsletter und Videos.
- Mithilfe bei der Erstellung von Präsentationen, Berichten und Protokollen.
- Abstimmung und Organisation von Terminen sowie Teilnahme an Meetings.
- Begleitung von prozessualen und technischen Veränderungen.
Our expectations of you
Qualifications
- Du studierst Wirtschaftsinformatik, BWL, Kommunikation oder einen vergleichbaren Studiengang.
- Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse.
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Teamfähig, Eigeninitiative, strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
