- Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT specialist in system integration) or equivalent qualifications/professional experience.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
- Experience working with cloud hosting environments and server integrations.
- In-depth knowledge of backup and recovery solutions.
- Scripting skills in PowerShell, Python (optional).
- Structured, solution-oriented approach to work, with a strong focus on service and customer satisfaction.
- Good command of German, both spoken and written (at least C1); English skills are an advantage.
- Class B driver's license for on-site assignments at customer locations.
Experience
- Experience with virtualization, particularly Hyper-V (Proxmox or VMware is a plus).
