Your role in the team

Education

- Knowledge of networking (cabling).
- Experience with ticketing systems and knowledge of ITIL are an advantage.
- Fluent in German and good written and spoken English skills.
- A valid Category B driver's license is required.

- Experience in field support or 1st/2nd-level support.
