Your role in the team
- We're looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer who loves building great products, solving real-world problems, and turning ideas into working software.
- You'll work across frontend and backend, developing customer-facing applications and internal tools that help our appraisal experts work smarter and more efficiently.

Qualifications
- Willingness to work across frontend, backend and infrastructure.
- A strong user and product focus.
- Comfort working with imperfect knowledge and changing requirements.
- A preference for rapid prototyping and iteration over extensive upfront planning.
- Ability to balance delivery speed, maintainability, scalability, and technical quality.
- Professional fluency in English.
- German language skills are a significant advantage since the valuation business is in German.
Experience
- At least two years of professional software engineering experience.
- Experience building and shipping web applications.
- Confidence using AI-assisted development tools and experience building AI-powered software.
- Prior experience with AWS and infrastructure as code.
