- Dein Spielfeld: Vielseitige IT-Operationen mit Verantwortung:
- Installieren, Warten & Unterstützen - Du kümmerst dich um die gesamte IT-Infrastruktur unserer Kunden: von Servern über Clients bis hin zu Netzwerkkomponenten und Firewalls.
- Migration & Konfiguration - Du führst Systemumstellungen durch (z. B. Windows-Server, Active Directory, Branchensoftware) und sorgst für reibungslose Übergänge.
- Support & Troubleshooting - Du analysierst und löst Hard- und Softwareprobleme, betreust Servicefälle und bist Ansprechpartner bei Störungen - remote oder gelegentlich vor Ort (max. 1-2×/Monat).
- Projektarbeit mit Struktur - Du unterstützt IT-Projekte ganzheitlich: von der Planung und Vorinstallation bis zur sauberen Dokumentation.
- Systemmanagement & Monitoring - Du betreust dentale Branchensoftware, überwachst Systeme, dokumentierst Netzwerke und sorgst für nachhaltige Stabilität.
- Kundensupport im Innendienst - Du hilfst Zahnarztpraxen bei alltäglichen IT-Themen per Telefon und E-Mail - freundlich, lösungsorientiert und auf Augenhöhe.

Qualifications
- Du kannst IT-Infrastrukturen planen, aufbauen & managen.
- Windows-Server, Active Directory, Firewalls, VPNs, Backups & Co. - kennst du wie deine Westentasche.
- Denkst in Lösungen, nicht in Problemen.
- Bist kommunikativ & kein Nerd im Elfenbeinturm.
- Hast einen Führerschein der Klasse B.
- Bonus: Du hast schon mal mit IT in Zahnarztpraxen gearbeitet - kein Muss, aber nice to have.
Experience
- Erfahrung in IT-Support, Netzwerken & IT-Security - am besten aus dem Systemhaus-Umfeld.
