Our expectations of you

Education

• You hold a successfully completed university of applied sciences or bachelor's degree with an IT focus or an equivalent qualification and have several years of professional experience in a comparable role.

Qualifications

• Analytical and conceptual strengths, as well as a good understanding of business processes. Ideally, you have knowledge of the processes and framework conditions of statutory health insurance, especially in the areas of CRM, customer and partner management, as well as reporting and contribution management.
• Knowledge of modern CRM and automation technologies, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and comparable platforms, combined with an interest in new technologies, process optimization, and agile working methods.
• Independent, structured, and analytical working style as well as strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with different departments and stakeholders.
• Very good German skills at least at C1 level

Experience

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 is your home. You have solid experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Customer Insights, and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse). Integration via REST APIs is also part of your technical toolkit.
• You bring architecture and integration expertise. Experience with end-to-end processes, system integrations, and the IT landscape of statutory health insurance providers. For example, with BITMARCK core systems, data exchange procedures, or telematics infrastructure.
