Education

• Completed IT training or comparable professional experience

Qualifications

• Very high customer and service orientation; structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working; Team spirit, commitment and flexibility
• Knowledge of relevant standard hardware and software as well as in-depth knowledge of Windows client operating systems and Microsoft Active Directory
• Knowledge of using software distribution tools (preferably Baramundi)
• Basic willingness to work outside of normal office hours and participation in the on-call service as well as a class 3 or B driver’s license

Experience

• Professional experience in the hospital sector and knowledge of clinical information systems and the common clinical subsystems (LIS, RIS, PACS and reporting systems) are desirable, but not required
