Our expectations of you

Qualifications

• You have a university degree with a focus on IT (e.g. business informatics, computer science) or a degree in social sciences and a strong interest in IT topics.
• You either have some experience in the technical field and would like more customer contact, or you come from project management or business analysis and would like to deepen your technical knowledge. We are happy to support you with individual training to fill any gaps in your technical know-how and, of course, we will train you intensively in our software.
• You enjoy working in a team, have strong problem-solving skills, work in a structured and results-oriented manner and understand how to transform technical challenges into technical solutions.
• You enjoy communicating with different people and can quickly integrate yourself, for example, with customers on site.
• You have a high level of IT affinity so that you can communicate with the development team on an equal footing.
• You are willing to travel in Switzerland and neighboring countries.
• You have a confident knowledge of German and ideally very good knowledge of another official language.
