In this role, you will enhance existing applications on the ServiceNow ITSM platform, address technical inquiries, and assist in the analysis of incidents, utilizing technologies such as JavaScript, HTML, and SQL.

Education
- Abgeschlossenes Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker Softwareentwicklung (m/w/d) bzw. vergleichbare Qualifikation.
Qualifications
- Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Fähigkeit zu strukturierten und konzeptionellen Denken und Arbeiten.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse und Grundkenntnisse in englischer Sprache.
Experience
- Erste Erfahrungen und großes Interesse an der Softwareentwicklung mit JavaScript, HTML, SQL.
